Aishwarya Rai is very much like to put henna design on her hands. But her profession didn't allow her to go with it on her body on special holidays like Diwali. But the actress didn't miss the chance to make the body art in the days of her wedding. Before her wedding day she hosted one Mehndi party in her luxury apartment.
One of her favorite artist made the henna art work on her hands on that special day attended by Abhishek and her important female friends.
Aish seemed to be preferred with the reddish henna and not the darker one was looked beautiful with her Mehndi work on the day of her wedding.
So the actress followed the tradition of Indian culture when she did applied the henna art work on her hand. Now in Indian sub continent more and more young girls are applying the henna available in the cones. These henna cones can be bought in local markets. Still many village girls use to grind the henna leaves along with oil and make designs to each of them on special holidays and wedding ceremony days.
After applying the henna paste as design it should be covered for 6- 7 hours or over night and it can be removed later.
The henna art work will become darker after 24 to 36 hours. And it can losng last from 7 days to 21 days time. in these modern days there are special stickers and pastes that can make your henna art work in different colors that you wish to look.
In Europe henna tattoo is available but it is too different from the traditional Indian one and the European one is permanent one and it can't be removed naturally and some time it may need medical assistance to remove it from your skin of the body.
